Village Adoption Programme 2026-27, A farmers training programme on “Soil and water conservation, Bio inoculants and Panchakavya Villakku Preparation Methods” for the Farmers of Vettriyur Village, Thirumanur block in Ariyalur District was conducted on 05.10.2026  at KVK, Cholamadevi.

A Total of more than 25 Farmers from Vettriyur village participated in the  Training programme and Co-ordinated by Agri.R.Rama Praba Nalini, Research Associate of IMTI, Thuvakudi, Trichy.

During the Training programme, lectures were delivered on  Importance of Soil and Water conservation, Water conservation and Protection, Development of practical skills in Bio-inoculants viz., Panchakavya, Jeevamirtham, Fish amino acid and Panchakavy Villakku Preparation methods. The farmers thanked IMTI for providing the need-based training with the experts in the field.
